Our Story
The Ppinger originated by accident on a sunny summer’s day in 2019. It began with a simple wish; to make our non-drinking lunch guests feel really at home with something special created just for them. I’ve always loved experimenting with ingredients, using spices and herbs to bring a dish to life. Whilst shopping for raw ingredients for an al fresco lunch, I shunned the usual canned suspects and decided instead to concoct my own original take on a fresh soft drink – a sort of ‘mocktail’ - to serve alongside
