Ppinger Tea

Ingredients

  • 500ml Ppinger

  • 1 Cinnamon stick

  • 2 whole star anise

  • 250ml water

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a potand whisk together to combine

  • Put on low heat for 10 minutes, do not let boil

  • After 10 minutes, strain and serve


Ppinger Mojito

Ingredients

  • 3 lime quarters

  • 2 tsp light brown sugar

  • 5 mint leaves + mint to garnish

  • 50ml white rum

  • Sparkling water

  • Ice

Method

  • Agitate mint, lime, and sugar together in a cocktail glass or shaker

  • Add rum and stir

  • Add ice to glass and top up drink with sparkling water

  • Garnish with lime and fresh mint


Qqinger Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

  • 50ml gin

  • 60ml sparkling water

  • 200ml Qqinger

  • 50ml tonic water

  • Ice

  • 2 lemon slices to garnish

Method

  • Add gin to 50ml sparkling water and tonic water in a measuring jug and stir

  • Pour mixture over ice in a glass

  • Top up with left over sparkling water

  • Garnish with lemon slices


Qqinger Summer Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 100ml sparkling water

  • 1 lemon cut into slices

  • 12 strawberries

  • 2 tbsps white caster sugar

  • 500ml Qqinger

  • Ice

  • Mint leaves to garnish

Method

  • Stir strawberries and sugar in a 1L measuring jug,

  • Add lemon slices and ice

  • Add qqinger and stir again.

  • Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint leaves


Ppinger Wellness Shot

Ingredients

  • 1 finger of ginger (approx 8cm worth)

  • 1⁄2 a peeled lemon

  • 100ml Ppinger

  • 100ml Ppinger

  • 1⁄4 tsp cayenne pepper (For two 50ml shots)

Method

  • Remove lemon pips then blend all the ingredients together, serve and enjoy


Ccrainger
Vodka Cran

Ingredients

  • 50ml vodka

  • 150ml Ccrainger

  • Ice 

  • 25ml fresh lime juice 

  • Lime slices to garnish

Method

  • Pour, then mix liquids in measuring jug

  • Add ice to chosen cocktail glass

  • Serve cocktail over ice and garnish with lime slices


Hhibinger Mango Slushy

Ingredients

  • 250g frozen mango 

  • 100ml water

  • Juice of ½ a lemon 

  • 200g Ice

  • 250ml Hhibinger

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Method

  • Blend mango, water, cayenne pepper, honey and lemon together and set aside 

  • Blend Hhibinger and ice together and set aside 

  • In a tall glass, pour some of the mango mixture, then some of the Hhibinger mixture – continuing until layered to the top of the glass


Ggrainger
Tropical Punch

Ingredients

  • Ice

  • Orange, lime and lemon slices 

  • A couple of mint leaves 

  • 100g each of Frozen mango and pineapple,

  • Juice of 1 whole lemon 

  • 300ml tropical juice 

  • 600ml Ggrainger

  • 200ml sparkling water (For a 2L jug/large mixing bowl)

Method

  • In 2L jug or large mixing bowl, add ice, citrus slices, frozen pineapple and mango

  • Add tropical juice and lemon juice and stir , then add sparkling water and top with Ggrainger 

  • Garnish with fresh mint


Ccrainger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250g Green Smoothie Mix

  • 1 tbsp honey 

  • 100ml milk of choice

  • 250ml Ccrainger

  • ½ tsp ground ginger

Method

  • Add ingredients to blender, blend and enjoy


Qqinger
Frozen Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 500ml Qqinger

  • Juice of 4 lemons 

  • ½ a cup of caster sugar 

  •  1 cup of water 

  • 500g ice

  • Mint leaves and lemon slices

Method

  • Using a blender, add the ice, Qqinger, lemon juice, ½ a cup of sugar and 1 cup of water and blend 

  • Serve garnished with mint leaves and lemon slices – enjoy!


Ccrainger Mocktail

Ingredients

  • For a 300ml glass

  • 75ml ginger beer

  • Juice of a large orange 

  • 50ml cranberry juice 

  • 50ml sparkling water 

  • 100ml Ccrainger

  • Ice and orange slices for garnish

Method

  • Mix orange juice, Ccrainger and cranberry juice together and pour over ice

  • Top with ginger beer and sparkling water 

    Garnish with orange slices and enjoy


Hhibinger Strawberry
& Blueberry Cooler

Ingredients

  • For a 300ml glass

  • 200ml Hhibinger 

  • Fresh strawberry slices and blueberries 

  • 50ml tonic water 

  • 20ml lemon juice 

  • 1tbsp Sugar 

  • Large ice cubes 

  • Rosemary sprig to garnish

Method

  • Wet rim of glass with lemon juice, then dip rim in sugar 

  • Add strawberry slices and blueberries and lightly stir.

  • Add ice cubes, then add lemon juice, tonic water and top with  Hhibinger – enjoy!


Hhibinger Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • For a 1L jug

  • 3 lemon and ginger tea bags

  • 3 red berry tea bags 

  • Ice

Method

  • 400ml Hhibinger 

  • Lemon slices 

  • Water  

  • ½ cup of caster sugar

  • Steep the tea bags in 500ml of hot water and let cool down to room temperature

  • Once cool, add to jug with Hhibinger, lemon slices and ½ cup of sugar 

  • Stir, garnish with lemon slices and enjoy


Ggrainger Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • For a 300ml glass

  • 50ml pomegranate juice 

  • 150ml Ggrainger 

Method

  • 50ml white rum 

  • 25ml lime juice 

  • Ice

  • Mix liquids with ice, strain  and serve with a lime garnish  - enjoy
