Since the Ppinger is currently made to order, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order. Rest assured; we are working on reducing this drastically so you can get your roaring ginger kick sooner.

Why do you  sell Kyon drinks online in packs only?

We do this to enable us to accommodate the shipping and logistical limitations we and a lot of businesses like us face. We understand that buying in cases does not work for everyone. We know customers who buy monthly packs and then split with their neighbours. You may want to try that.

To make smaller purchases, please use our stockists to see if there is one close enough to you or email us at  sales@kyondrinks.com to enquire about that, or use the Kyon chat support to  communicate your enquiry. We look forward to hearing from you.

Can I return my drink?

Should your Kyon drinks arrive damaged please contact us immediately on the chat support or at sales@kyondrinks.com and we will rectify this.  

What Ingredients do you use in your drinks?

At Kyon, we believe in using the finest ingredients in as natural a state as possible. Organic ginger from Peru, Costa Rica and Ghana is the base ingredient in all our drinks. With organic ginger as the foundation, we then add all sorts of wonderful natural ingredients to create our recipes. Our goal is to continue to use 100% natural ingredients at all times

Are your Ingredients Natural?

The straightforward answer is absolutely yes. We only use 100% natural, GMO free ingredients in our drinks. Where possible, we use organic ingredients. All our ingredients are 100% natural and we do not add sugar or preservatives, or artificial colouring in our drinks

Are your Drinks Organically Certified?

Whereas we use some organic ingredients in our drinks, it takes time to certify with the Soil Association. We are happy to engage on any enquiries related to our ingredients and their sources

Why do Your Drinks Settle at the Bottom?

We believe in using the finest ingredients and in their most natural state in our drinks where possible. To give you some insight into our recipe formulation operations, we sought natural ingredients to help our drinks suspend more but found that all the ingredients we used changed the taste and crispiness of our drinks. So here you go natural drinks will naturally settle (pun intended)! Please give your drink a gentle shake and enjoy!

Are your drinks suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians?

Absolutely, yes. Our drinks are suitable for both vegans and vegetarians.

How do I use Kyon drinks?

Our customers have used it in Vegan and Vegetarian meals, as well as in meat dishes. Some of our customers have also used it as a shot, or even substitute for alcoholic drinks because of the roaring nature of the kick in our drinks. For ginger lovers, or drinks will bring a smile to your faces and pleasantly surprise the unconverted.

Can Children use your drinks?

Our drinks are good for all the family. In fact, children are some of our biggest fans. Unless a child is allergic to a specific ingredient we have used, we have children as young as two using our drinks
